Queen of Christmas: An OOTD

Enter: The Queen of Christmas!!

I hadn't used this black and gold number a single time after having met up with my girlfriend Olivia and her mum last summer at the Kensington Roof Gardens (see the outfit post here) and thought it deserved a time to shine!!  I love the entirety of the design but unfortunately, although I have shrunk, the dress still doesn't fit me as it should, so I think I'll be donating it hereafter.

I'd originally wanted to use a loose gold Mac eyeshadow but unfortunately the colour wasn't what I was hoping for in the end and instead, I used the golden colour I have in my daily palette (available here), topped it off with a nice thick liner (liquid) and paired it with a bold red glossy lip.  Because the dress is quite over-the-top and my makeup quite bold as well, I opted for a slicked-back middle-parted do.

If you fancy what I wore this Christmas Eve, have a look here:

Stay tuned for the second outfit post of the evening which will be starring the ever-stylish Lionel in her frayed light purple Co-ords.
