Mini Makeup Haul

Good afternoon all :)
Hope you're doing well!

I ran out of my powder and mascara on the same day a few days back(not a pretty shift at work :P) and after surveilling what was left of my makeup, I realised I was running quite low on, well, everything...and then some :D

Hoping I did Lina proud with the outcome of my mini makeup haul that consisted of the following products, along with a review on what I've used:

An Overview

I've used everything so far except for the new eyeshadows as I still have my massive kit here and really just got these since they're better for travel and I'm happy with the turn-out.

Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation (Fair Honey)

My little sister gifted me the foundation pictured below last Christmas and I still really like it :)  I've gotten a lot better at blending and with makeup overall so I think I've learnt to appreciate certain products more (this being one of them).

Bourjois Paris Blush (Rose Frisson/Frosted Rose/54)

I've never seen a blush so tiny before in my life!! I didn't bother looking at the measurements as I kind of just figured it'd be around the same size as a powder would be.  That being said, the colour was as pictured and surprisingly, the tiny brush it comes with, cheap as it may be, works great for the area it needs to cover.

Bourjois Paris Healthy Mix Correcting Concealer (Eclat Clair/Light Radiance/51)

So far, so good!! I used Revlon's Age-Defying Concealer with SPF 25 for awhile now but I think I'll be making a switch!  Fair warning, a lot of product comes out in addition to it being quite a thick concealer.  I don't think it's too thick but it should be noted as I've discovered it can look cakey very quickly since I used more of it than necessary not knowing how good the coverage would be.

Sleek Makeup Contour Kit

Until I purchased this set, I've been using bronzer and (don't kill me, Lina) eyeshadow haha to contour my face.  I think it'll get some getting used to and familiarity as I clearly know a very limited amount about this particular kind of makeup product.  I love the fact that it came with a pictorial guid as to where to apply what.  Great for newbies like myself!!

x3 L'Oreal Eyeshadows (x2 in Nude 204 and x1 Matte 106) & Bourjois Paris Eyeshadow (Shade 10)

As mentioned, these beauties haven't been used as of yet but give it a week's time and they'll be my travel companions along with my MUA palette.

L'Oreal Million Lashes Mascara (my go-to)

I don't feel there's all that much to say about this product apart from the fact that it's the only one I've used going on 3 years now ;)

Eco Tools Eye Enhancing Duo Set

It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Eco Tools brushes! I've got another four eye makeup brushes in addition to a buffer brush that I use for concealer and when used, BB cream or foundation. They are cruelty free brushes with bamboo handles, the softest bristles I've come across so far (even Mads loves to play with them :P), and work like a dream!! I couldn't recommend them more! They're nicely priced, especially given how great they work, how chic they are, & their durability.  My favourites!!

Tabletop Spinning Cosmetic Organiser by Lori Greiner

Annndddd to top it all off, I got this absolutely fantastic rotating makeup organiser from QVC!! Isn't it brilliant?! It takes up practically no space and saves me oodles of it in return.   Everything is super easy to locate, has it's own special place, it's not at all a distracting piece (which I find a lot of makeup organiser can be) and it came already assembled so no hassle there either :) Very happy with this buy!  You can get one for yourself here.
