Fullest

Afternoon everyone :)
Where did this week go?! Never mind that...WHERE DID JANUARY, 2015 GO?!

Just finished my 30 min. ballet cardio workout so everything feels like absolute jelly :P I'd highly recommend it!

My new motto is that consistency is key!! My goal is to do it three times a week for these killer 30 min. (doesn't sound like a lot but go ahead and challenge it (I did mentally...big mistake)) so to be healthier, happier, and to get rid of any unnecessary extra weight.

Going to get one of my university assignments done and out of the way and grab a bite to eat.  Before I know it Mads will be home and the weekend underway! Until then...I will do the following.
